Suspension of ROMM services from 7 Apr to 1 Jun 2020
Given the safe distancing measures to battle COVID-19, we will reschedule VD/SD appointments and solemnisations at ROMM and external venues, scheduled between 7 Apr and 1 Jun 2020. The ROMM building will also be closed to walk-ins by members of the public during this period. We will be contacting the affected couples after 18 May 2020 to assist with the rescheduling.
Choosing a Solemniser
For solemnisations held at private venues, couples may choose a volunteer Kadi or Naib Kadi to be the solemniser. For solemnisations held at ROMM, either the Registrar or Deputy Registrar of ROMM, volunteer Kadi or a Naib Kadi can conduct the solemnisation.
